Alright, picture this, dancing, ice baths and cacao on tap. Yep, we’ve officially levelled up!
Pop on your headphones, lose yourself in the music, move however feels good, then cool things down with an ice bath that’ll leave you feeling ridiculously alive!
It’s a morning of good vibes, good people, and the ultimate reset.
Come dance, dip, laugh, and connect, because this is your sign to shake off the week and do something a little bit wild 💃🕺
We will be dropping the Breathwork for this session so just bring yourself, your bathers, a towel and your best dancing shoes!
