We will work with you to develop a personal meditation and breathwork practice that will help you achieve balance, reduce stress and find clarity.

As an experienced, certified breathwork and meditation facilitator and mumma of three, I understand the reality of stress, overwhelm and the way it shows up in our bodies.
My role is to guide you with compassion, safety and science-backed tools that help you release what’s been weighing you down and step into more balance, clarity and strength.
