Refresh and Connect - Lysterfield Lake

Welcome to "Refresh and Connect Community Sessions" a fortnightly community event hosted by Nikki and Kristy.

What  to expect:

 Every fortnight, we get together to go on a journey of self-discovery and communal support like no other.

Each session is carefully created to awaken both the body and the mind.

We begin with a connection piece, then dive into the power of breathwork, using techniques that bring us into the present moment, calming our racing thoughts.

After the breathwork session, we jump into the ice baths.  Here, we confront our edges, discovering strength and resilience we never knew we possessed.
