Welcome to our fortnightly community Refresh and Connect sessions!
Our breathwork journeys weave together conscious connected breathing and breath holds to gently guide you into the deeper layers of your subconscious, where real change happens.
Drawing on science backed breathwork techniques and somatic healing, each moment is designed to help you release what's been holding you back and reconnect with the version of yourself grounded in gratitude, self-love and strength. You'll be safely guided through discomfort, not away from it, because that's where the breakthroughs live.
For those ready to take it further, an optional ice bath awaits. Cold immersion is a powerful tool (when used correctly) it demands presence, sharpens your breath control and drops you into the now like nothing else. A perfect complement to the breathwork and a challenge best shared with others who get it.
