About the event
Welcome to Refresh and Connect Community Sessions, a fortnightly community event!
What to expect:
Every couple of weeks, we come together to kick off a fun journey of self-discovery and support.
Each session is crafted to energise both your body and mind.
We kick things off with a connection exercise, then dive into some Breathwork. This helps us stay present and calm those racing thoughts.
After that, we jump into ice baths. It’s a real test of our limits, and you might just find strength and resilience you didn’t know you had!
